The following packages should be installed in order

1. Installing CMake
2. Installing Python
3. Building CableSwig
4. Building ITK

If you are using Mac OS X, you can instead install ITK using MacPorts. For details, see the ITK MacPorts Package Maintainers page on the Kitware Public Wiki.

Once these prerequisites are configured, you must then build FARSIGHT itself—instructions forthcoming.
